Carryover Requirements
A maximum of 24 hours may be carried over to the next reporting period

Course Repetition
Courses may not be repeated

Final Exam
Final exam does not need to be monitored.

Exemptions
• Individuals who are at least 65 years old
• Individuals who have been licensed continuously in Tennessee for at least 15 years
• Non resident agents if their state has CE requirements and has a reciprocal agreement with Tennessee
• Those licensed prior to 1/1/97, unless they choose to be subject to the CE requirements
